Hansa Biopharma, “Hansa” (Nasdaq Stockholm: HNSA), today announces that Hansa’s registered share capital and number of shares and votes have increased through the issue of 17,000,000 new ordinary shares resolved on October 1, 2025 and registered with the Swedish Companies Registration Office on October 2, 2025, whereby the number of shares and votes increased with 17,000,000 and the share capital increased with SEK 17,000,000.

As of today, the total number of registered shares of Hansa amounts to 101,763,222, of which all are ordinary shares. As of today, the number of votes in Hansa amounts to 101,763,222, and the registered share capital amounts to SEK 101,763,222.
