Hansa Biopharma AB launches new name and unveils logo
Søren Tulstrup, CEO of Hansa Biopharma, comments: “Our new name, Hansa Biopharma, represents the next stage in the Company’s lifecycle and emphasizes our focus on the development and commercialization of biopharmaceuticals. The corporate website, at the new address of www.hansabiopharma.com, will fully reflect the new identity over the coming weeks.
This change follows the approval, by the Bolagsverket in Sweden, of resolutions approved at an Extraordinary General Meeting ("EGM") held on December 4, 2018.
